Handling Valid Mail Flagged as SPAM

This guide details the explicit recovery protocol required if a valid, legitimate business email is misrouted directly into your Junk folder.

Critical Routing Requirement: You must forward the original message file as an email attachment. Standard text forwarding alters the systemic layout envelope data and completely strips the underlying server header paths needed for white-listing analysis.

1 Extract the Original Message File

Open your desktop Outlook message pane. Click, drag, and drop the misclassified message directly out of your client directory onto your local desktop area.

Drag email to desktop illustration

Once localized onto your desktop root, the raw structural element will materialize as a secure file entry object:

2 Address and Attach to Processing Node

Initialize a blank composition envelope. Input not-spam@mycloudmailbox.com directly into your To: input field, then append the .msg or .eml object from your desktop as a standard attachment element.

3 Final Dispatch Execution

Apply a baseline string to the Subject text field, then select Send.

Batch Processing Note: If you are sorting through multiple tracking anomalies simultaneously, you may link multiple message targets together inside a single delivery envelope matrix.
